1. Cucumber and Mint
Ingredients
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 ltr water
- 1 large glass bottle
Instructions
- Put 1 long sliced cucumber in a large glass bottle
- Add 2 sprigs of mint
- Add 1 ltr clean RO water
- Leave aside for 3-4 hours minimum or overnight

2. Chia Seeds, Lemon and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 sliced lemon
- Small cut piece of ginger
- 1 ltr clean RO water
- 1 large glass bottle
Instructions
- Put 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup water
- Keep aside for 15-30 mins
- Put the soaked chia seeds in a large glass bottle (make sure you mix the chia seeds well)
- Add 1 sliced lemon and a small piece of cut ginger

Some tips
- Use cold water from overnight clay pot
- Make the detox water around 0630 hours to 0700 hours
- It takes around 3-4 hours to infuse
- You can eat the ingredients like cucumber, carrots and fruits
- If you are storing the ingredients overnight, keep it overnight in a cold place
- If the water turns sour don’t drink it as the fruits may have started to ferment
- If you keep the water overnight, the ingredients might turn too bland to be eaten
- You can drink all these detox water on a daily basis during summers
Maam I want to know should we strain the water and drink or just like that and the second thing can we refill the water again if the water Is over.
Hie need to check after making the detox water and keeping for 3 hrs can we use the same indegrands which is made in the morning detoxwater for next 1liter
