Summer Detox Tea
Ingredients
- Dry lemon grass
- Leafy green tea
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 2-3 sprigs of mint
Instructions
- Add 1 cup water to a pan
- Add all other ingredients except mint leaves
- Heat the mixture
- Once the mixture starts to boil, add one mint sprig
- Cover the pan and let it infuse
- Add the other mint sprigs in the serving cup and strain the tea
- Cover for a few minutes and consume 30-40 minutes post meal
Summer Detox Water 1
Ingredients
- Basil seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- Apple cider vinegar
- 1 holy tulsi sprig
Instructions
- Add water in a jar
- Add all ingredients
- Keep it aside for 40 minutes to 4 hours before consuming
- Drink it in the first half of the day as early morning drink or in between meals

- 1 cucumber
- 2 pinch pink salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2-3 sprigs of mint
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a glass bottle or jar
- Add water and let it infuse for 3-4 hours
You can eat the cucumber once the water is finished

Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp fennel seeds

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 kakdi (Indian cucumber)
- 1.5 super green powder mix (optional)
- Pinch of pink salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cup watermelon
- 2 sprig mint
Instructions
- Put everything in a blending jar and blend
- Consume it for breakfast 1-2 times in a week
Light Detox Soup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pumpkin
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup carrot
Instructions
- Cut the tomato in four slices
- Put all ingredients in a pan and add some water
- Cover and cook on low to medium heat
- Cook the veggies are slightly soft
- Once done, leave it to cool down completely
- Remove peel from the tomatoes
- Blend ingredients with 1.5 cup water
- Transfer ingredients to the same pan and cook till the mixture starts to boil
- Add water as required
- Add some rock salt and black pepper
