There are some snacks which are good for your health, are easy to keep and which you should always have on your dinner table. All these snacks requires zero or minimal cooking, hence these are very good for those who rely on ready to eat food to lose weight. Healthy, nutritious snacks are an integral part of any fitness or weight loss plan. These help you stay fit and full through out the day and help limit your cravings for unhealthy food. Here are some snacks which I regularly have on my dinner table

Seasonal fruits

  • Seasonal fruits are a must have at all times with you
  • These are very high in fibre and micronutrients
  • Seasonal fruits also contain number of other essential vitamins and minerals as well

Vegetables which can be consumed raw

  • Natural peanut butter is one of the most consumed snacks
  • It can be used in snadwiches, rolls, shakes, smoothies, energy bars, bites and toast etc
