Healthy Bed Time Drink To Lose Belly Fat

Prime ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • Small pieces of fresh / pinch of organic turmeric
  • Some black pepper
  • Pinch of black rock salt
  • 1 glass water

Add ons as per requirement

  • 1/4 tsp shatavari powder or ashwaganda (for hormonal balance)
  • 1 tsp pure wild honey
  • 1/2 tsp virgin coconut / A2 cow ghee
  • 1/4 tsp triphla

Instructions

  • In a pan, add 1 glass of water
  • In a mortar and pastel, crush fresh turmeric, ajwain and fennel seeds
  • Add the crushed mixture to the water and place on the heat
  • When it starts to boil, reduce heat and simmer for maximum one minute
  • Add pinch of pink salt and shatawari powder
  • Stir well to mix
  • Let everything infuse for a few more minutes
  • Strain the drink in a glass
  • Add the honey if required
  • Consume it warm
  • Make sure you have it close to bed time
