Directions
- In a mixer/ grinder, add quick oats, baking powder, and jaggery powder.
- Grind them well.
- In a bowl, add peanut butter, plant milk, and mix well to avoid any lump formation.
- Finely chop the cashews.
- Now transfer the grinded mixture to the wet ingredients bowl and mix well.
- Add some water as per requirement to smoothen the consistency.
- Now add finely chopped cashews, raisins, and dark choco chips to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving cup, settle it down.
- Top it off with some more choco chips, and cashew.
