  • Slices of wholegrain bread
  • Sprouts                            :        1 cup
  • Quick Oats                       :        1 cup
  • Besan / Chickpeas flour      :        1 cup
  • Cumin seeds powder         :        1 tsp
  • Coriander powder             :        1 tsp
  • Freshly chopped coriander :        1 cup
  • Chopped green chilles       :        1
  • Crushed Clove Garlic         :        2
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required


  • Grind the oats to make oats flour
  • Take the sprouts and grind them with little water to make a thick paste
  • Now, in a large bowl, add all the ingredients except bread slices and make a mixture
  • Cut the bread slices into four
  • Heat a tava / pan and grease it with some oil
  • Dip the bread slices into the mixture
  • Place the bread slices on the hot tava
  • Cook the bread slice on medium to low heat
  • Cook them till they turn golden brown from both the sides
