6.Lemon zest1 lemon

8.Honey1.5 tsp.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove zest from the lemon.
  2. In a pan, add water, fennel seeds, Moringa, cardamom, turmeric, black pepper.
  3. Stir it and simmer for 30-45 seconds.
  4. Now add lemon zest.
  5. Cover the lid and turn off the flame for the ingredients to get infused properly.
  6. Strain the tea and transfer it to a cup.
  7. Add honey and lemon juice to it and stir well.
  8. Your tea is ready to serve!

NOTE:

  1. Only grate lemon zest, and avoid grating the white part of the lemon as it is very sour to taste.
