Belly Fat Loss Powder

  • 1.5 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 1.5 tsp ajwain / carom seeds
  • 1.5 tsp dried ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper corn


  • Add the coriander seeds to a pan and roast on low to medium heat until they turn brown
  • Keep stirring to avoid burning from one side
  • Once they are almost done, add ajwain, fennel seeds and black pepper corn to the pan
  • Dry roast for another minute and then remove from the heat
  • Let this mixture cool down completely
  • Add all the ingredients to a grinder and make a powder
  • When the powder is ready, heat a cup of water in a pan
  • Once the water starts to heat up, add 1/2 – 3/4 tsp of the powder to it
  • Let it boil for 30-40 seconds
  • Aftee which switch off the heat
  • Cover the pan and let it infuse for a few minutes
  • Now open the lid and strain the tea
  • You can also add 1/4 tsp jaggery powder or honey to the tea (optional)
  • However, cinnamon and fennel are naturally sweet so jaggery will not be needed
