INGREDIENTS

1.Poha½ cup
2.Chia Seeds1 tbsp.
3.Mango½ cup
4.Peanut Butter2 tsp.
5.Cardamom PowderPinch
6.Honey2 tsp.
7.Water/ Coconut waterAs Required

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add Poha and rinse it once.
  2. Then, add chia seeds, and pour warm water, and mix it.
  3. Cover the lid and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. When you open the lid, you might see that poha and chia seeds have almost soaked the water.
  5. Add this mixture to a blender or mixer, and blend well (Add water if required for blending).
  6. Now add mangoes, honey, peanut butter, and cardamom powder to it.
  7. Add the required amount of water to it and blend a little more until it gets a smooth consistency.
  8. Pour into a jar and top it up with some sliced mangoes or chia seeds.
