Rajma Thepla/ Pancake

Ingredients:
For Pancakes:
• ½ cup cooked rajma (kidney beans)
• 2 tbsp curd
• 2 garlic clove
• ¼ cup suji (semolina)
• ¾ cup finely chopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, bell peppers)
• Water (as needed)
• Salt, seasoning, and paprika (to taste)

Instructions:
Blend rajma, curd, and garlic into a smooth paste
Mix in suji, chopped veggies in the Rajma mixture
Add water, salt, seasoning, and paprika to form a semi-thick batter.
Heat a pan, add little oil
Reduce Heat and spread the batter thickly
Cook covered on both sides with.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
