Everyday Drinks For Instant Weight Loss And Detox

What we drink every day is as important as what we eat. Let’s look at three magical drinks which I drink daily. These drinks help boost our metabolism and therefore help in weight loss and detox. These drinks are my morning, afternoon and evening drink. In winter months all of us tend to put on weight because we indulge in sweet and greasy food but thankfully these drink act as remedies to take care of that extra indulgence.

1.       Morning Drink : Apple Cider Vinegar with Garcinia (with mother)

Ingredients

  • 5-10 ml of apple cider vinegar with garcinia
  • A glass of warm water

Instructions

  • Shake the ACV bottle and dilute 5-10 ml in a glass of warm water
  • Drink this on empty stomach
  • Preferably use a straw to drink or rinse your mouth once you’ve had it

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 black peppers
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cardamom
  • Some cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp green tea leaves

Instructions

  • Roughly crush all ingredients except cinnamon and green tea
  • In a pan, add 2 cups of water
  • Add the crushed spiced mixture
  • Place the pan on heat
  • Once it starts to boil, simmer for a few minutes
  • Add the green tea and cinnamon, immediately switch off the heat
  • Cover and infuse for a few more minutes

  • Simply add all three ingredients in a pan and place it on heat
  • Once heated, let it simmer for a few minutes
  • Enjoy it as a evening drink or as a bedtime drink
