- 1/2 Cup whole barley (Cooked)
- 1 Cup steamed veggies
- 100g paneer
- Olive oil
- Salt and seasoning
- Juice of half lemon
Directions:
- Roast Paneer in little olive oil until it’s crisp
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients
- Your healthy dinner is ready.
