Welcome to another healthy high protein vegan smoothie recipe, enriched with the goodness of a very new and special ingredient: “Silken Tofu”. This vegan ingredient is enriched with amazing health benefits and an amazing nutritional profile, and is commonly used in preparation of vegan desserts. You can also use homemade tofu, but the prominent difference between both of them is the texture. Silken tofu is softer in texture when compared to tofu made from soya.

INGREDIENTS

Silken/ Soft Tofu75-80gm
100% Pure Peanut Butter2 tsp.
Cocoa Powder1.5 tbsp.
Dates2-3
Homemade Coconut Milk200 ml
Vanilla ExtractFew drops.
60% Dark Chocolate powderFor Garnishing.

DIRECTIONS

  • Mash the silken tofu in a bowl with the help of a fork.
  • In a blender jar, add all the ingredients.
  • Add mashed silken tofu, peanut butter, de-seeded dates, cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract and dark chocolate powder.
  • Blend them well.
  • Transfer to a glass jar, and serve fresh.
