November Weight Loss Diet Plan

This is the diet plan for the month of November. This is a 1300 calorie fat loss meal plan. If you’ve taken up our November festival weight loss challenge to maintain and lose weight, here is the two week weight loss diet plan. This diet plan gives you a balanced and nutritious diet on a daily basis. It has all the major food groups as it’s integral part. This diet plan is simple, nutritious and very easy to follow.

November weight loss challenge highlights
• Follow a night curfew

  • No sweets, fried food or high calorie food post 1700 hours
    • Cut down on Indian desi tea from your diet
  • Replace the milk tea with herbal tea (non caffeinated)
    • Add soups to diet, specially dinner
    • Eat more fresh fruits and veggies
    • Consume high quality protein to boost metabolism
    • Reduce the size of your spoon and plate for portion control
    • Eat on time, follow a routine
    • Continue following weekly detox and intermittent fasting

• Jeera water / ajwain
• Aloe vera juice
• Wheat or barley grass juice
