To make it more interesting and appealing you can add some choco powder on top to garnish.
Ingredients
Sattu powder- 1/4th cup
Milk (dairy/plant)- 250ml
Instant coffee powder- 1-2tsp
Cocoa powder- 2tsp
Almond butter- 2tsp
Honey/dates- 2tsp/2pc
Soaked gond katira- 1tsp
Protein powder- 1scoop (optional)
Directions:
Add milk, sattu, cocoa powder, instant coffee in a blending jar-add liquid at bottom
Add gond katira 2tsp almond butter or peanut butter
Add 2tsp honey or 2-3 dates and protein powder (optional)
Blend everything well in high speed.
Transfer it a glass and add ice cubes.
