Preparation of herbal tea with this powder

  • Add 1 cup water in a pan
  • Add 1/2 – 1 tsp weight loss powder
  • Add any natural sweetner like 1/2 tsp jaggery powder
  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes
  • Switch off the heat and let if infuse for a few more minutes
  • Strain and consume it warm
