5 Minutes High Protein Toast.

High protein toasts are the best and undoubtedly the nicest ways to begin the morning. So, I prefer feeding my family with different easy to make, nutritious, and delicious “High protein toast” that are not only tasty, nutritious, but appetizing too.
This toast is for the eggetarians out there, as it is loaded with the goodness of eggs, some veggies, and everyone’s favourite cheese.

INGREDIENTS

Whole wheat bread2-3
Veggies1/2 cup
Whole egg1
Egg white1
SaltTo taste
Black pepperTo taste
TurmericPinch
Mixed herbsTo taste.
Water1 tbsp
Ghee/ Olive oilAs required.
Cheese slices (Optional)2

DIRECTIONS

  • First of all, crack 1 egg white, and then a whole egg into a bowl.
  • To it add chopped veggies.
  • Now add the spices and seasonings.
  • Whisk it well.
  • Now, take a bread slice, and cut the inner portion in the form of square.
  • Place the outer portion in a pan, after spreading some oil.
  • Pour the egg batter in between the empty inner space of the bread.
  • Top it off with the cheese slice and place the square cutting in the centre.
  • Flip it over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • In the same manner, you can make more of it.
  • Cut it into halves, and enjoy with any sauce or dip of your choice.
