Ingredients:
• 1 cup dates (softened)
• 3/4 cup almonds (roasted)
• 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup cashews
Method:
Roast the almonds, peanuts, walnuts, and cashews separately
Soften the dates by Adding them to warm pan few minutes if needed.
3. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
4. Scoop out portions and shape them into small bite-sized laddoos using your hands.
5. Store in an airtight container and enjoy for up to a week!
