I got you covered with this different yet delicious and a protein power packed smoothie, made up of nutritious ingredients with numerous health benefits and a mouth-watering taste.


  • Strengthens the muscle mass.
  • Aids in weight loss and management.

Peanuts2 tbsp.
Raisins2 tsp.
Cocoa powder2 tsp.

  • In a blender jar, add some water.
  • To it, add soaked peanuts, soaked almonds, soaked raisins, cocoa powder, choco chips, and a spoonful of tahini.
  • Blend all the ingredients well.
  • Now, add overnight soaked oats to it.
  • Blend again.
  • You can add some jaggery and some ice cubes as per your preference.
  • Transfer it to a glass, and top it off with some chopped nuts.
