INGREDIENTS

1.Sattu3tbsp.
2.Instant Coffee1 tsp.
3.Chilled Milk1 cup
4.Cocoa Powder1.5 tsp.
5.Jaggery Powder1.5 tsp.
6.Pure Vanilla ExtractSome
6.Water½ cup
7.Some Dark Choco ChipsOptional
8.Some Ice CubesOptional

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, add water, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and instant coffee.
  2. Mix it well with a spoon.
  3. Now give it a nice boil.
  4. While boiling, add some dark choco chips to it and mix.
  5. Turn off the flame, cool it a little, and then transfer it to a cup.
  6. In a blender or mixer jar, add the prepared mixture, sattu, and milk.
  7. Blend it well.
  8. Pour the prepared “Sattu Cold Coffee” into a serving glass.
  9. And top it up with some choco powder and you are ready to go!
