  2. Hello mam. I got my periods after two months from last year. I started seed cycling from last month,when i got my periods. As you said i started flex and pumpkin seeds from the first day and after 14 day i started sesame and sunflower seeds but as usual i dont get my periods. I completed my second half of seed cycle. Then i again started flex and pumpkin seeds. After completing 14 days i just started second half and i got periods mean after 45 days. Now u tell me what to do. I have to continue sesame seeds and sunflower. Or i have to shift to first half of cycle. Please guide me sooon. Waiting for your reply
