  • Stay hydrated at all times

15 Days Refined Sugar Detox

  • Make sure that you avoid refined sugar for a period of 15 days
  • Avoid white sugar at all cost for 15 days in the month of november
  • You can have natural sweetners 5-10 grams in a day
