Just One Glass – Say Goodbye to Bloating!

Ingredients:
5–6 sprigs fresh curry leaves
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
1-inch piece fresh ginger
12–15 black peppercorns
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Himalayan pink salt or black salt to taste
Water – as needed
Steps:
Wash and rinse curry leaves, mint leaves ( take only leaves not Stem),
Add to a blending jar
Wash coriander thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
Add Ginger, Black peppercorns and splash of water
Blend to a smooth paste.
Add salt and roasted cumin powder to the paste.
Blend again to mix well.
Pour the blended mixture into silicone ice cube trays or molds.
Set in the freezer for 4–6 hours or until fully frozen.
How to Use (2 Ways):
1. Digestive Buttermilk (Post-meal Drink):
Hand-churn 100–150 ml of homemade curd in a bowl.
Add 2–3 frozen cubes of the mix.
Add cold water as needed.
Stir well and drink after meals.
2. Summer Detox Cooler:
In a glass of chilled water, add 2–3 cubes.
Squeeze in juice of one lemon.
Stir and enjoy between meals or on hot afternoons.
