Ingredients:
- Rolled oats:3tbsp
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- Sunflower seeds: 1 tbsp
- Raisins: handful
- Dried berries: handful
- Fennel seed: ½ tbsp
- Matcha tea powder: 1.5 tsp
- Dates: 3 (seedless)
- Peanut butter: 1tbsp
- Milk or water: 250ml
Directions:
- In a glass jar combine Rolled oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dried berries and fennel seeds mix well
- In a blender add dates peanut butter Matcha powder and milk or water and blend well
