INGREDIENTS (Makes ~22 Bites)
• 3 tbsp almonds
• ½ cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp dried coconut flakes
• ¾ cup soft, deseeded dates
• 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
HOW TO MAKE:
Step 1: Dry Roast the Base
➤ Roast almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and coconut flakes on low flame till golden.
Step 2: Blend the Dry Mix
➤ Coarsely grind the roasted mix.
Step 3: Make Dates Paste
➤ Blend ¾ cup soft dates into a sticky dough.
Step 4: Mix It All
➤ Combine the dry mix, dates paste, peanut butter & cocoa powder.
Step 5 (Optional): Add Dark Choco Chips

Step 6: Shape & Set
