Healthy Breakfast Drinks For Weight Loss

Hello everyone, hope all of you are doing good and are keeping healthy and happy. In this artcile we’ve brought some highly nutritious breakfast drinks which are delicious as well. These drinks are very quick to make and do not require much of effort. These drinks have all the ingredients which you need to feel fantastic in the morning.

Healthy cold coffee

Ingredients

  • Quick oats
  • Almonds
  • Instant coffee
  • Cocoa powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Some warm water
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Soak quick oats and almonds in warm water
  • You can keep them overnight in the fridge as well
  • In a bowl, combine instant coffee, cooca powder, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract with some warm water
  • Keep it aside to infuse
  • Peel the almonds and add them to the blender
  • Add soaked oats to the blender as well
  • You can also add banana instead of oats as base
  • Add some ice cubes
  • Add the peanut butter and honey
  • Pour instant coffee and cocoa mixture on top
  • Blend everything until you get a silky smooth texture
  • Pour the healthy cold coffee in a glass and enjoy

Ragi milk

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp cooked ragi paste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 soaked almonds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp jaggery powder / honey
  • 1/4 cup water

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Few drops of pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat 1 cup milk
  • In a blender, add cooked ragi flour, peanut butter, soaked almond, cinnamon, cocoa powder and vanilla extract
  • Blend everything until smooth
  • Once the milk starts to boil, add the blended mixture’
  • Switch off the heat and add jaggery powder
  • Stir well until it’s nicely mixed
  • Serve it warm

Breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

  • Jaggery powder
  • Peanut butter
  • Cocoa powder
  • Quinoa
  • Banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Basil seeds soaked in water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Akways start with adding liquid at the base
  • Add jaggry powder
  • Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, quinoa, banana and cinnamon
  • Blend until you get a smooth texture
  • Add the basilm seeds soaked in water
  • Transfer it in a jar
  • Enjoy and consume it immediately for breakfast

Detox juice

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Pears
  • Dates
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Pink salt

Instructions

  • Peel and chop carrots and roughly chop pears as well
  • Add chopped carrot, pears and dates into a blender
  • Add a little water and blend
  • Now add more water with cinnamon powder and some pink salt
  • Blend again until well combined and smooth
  • Do not strain the juice
  • Cosume it fresh in the morning
