High protein Vegan pasta

Hello Everyone, Try This easy vegan high protein Pasta recipe that Is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner that’s ready in 15 minutes. Plant based pasta that is Packed with fibre from vegetables and rich in flavour, it’s a meal that you’ll want to make multiple times a week! This Creamy peanut butter pasta is so yummy and you can get all ingredients in your local market. So, I am super excited to be sharing this recipe. Despite how simple it is, it’s guaranteed to impress and may become one of your go-tos for dinner after a busy day.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta: 1 cup
  • Mix veggies of your choice: 1cup
  • Tofu: 50-70gm

For pasta sauce:

  • Chilli flakes 1-2tsp
  • Peanut butter- 1tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Pasta water
  • Tempered sesame seeds 1-2 tsp

Directions:

  • Boil any whole grain pasta according to the instructions on pack
  • Slightly cook some veggies of choice
  • Sautee 50-70gm of tofu in olive oil

Prepare pasta sauce:

Take a bowl add chilli flakes Peanut butter Dark soya sauce Salt to taste Lemon juice Pasta water tempered sesame seeds and combine all the ingredients well.

Now add the cooked mix veggies, sauteed tofu and cooked pasta into the pasta sauce then toss it and mix well

That’s it your delicious high protein vegan pasta is ready to enjoy.!
