  • Less physical activity makes you the prime candidate to put on a few or more kilos of weight

What can you do

  • Indulge in some daily physical activities
  • Make sure you exercise daily for at least 20-30 minutes
  • Walk and stay active
  • Start including some strength training in your regime
  • This will help you to gain strength and endurance
  • Try and include a variety of workout in your routine

  • Add some special nutrients
  • Try to include more calcium and Vitamin D in your diet
  • Avoid food grazing
  • Eat as per a fixed routine, give sufficient rest to your digestive system

  • Reduce stress in your life
  • Lookout for stress triggers in your life
  • Plan and organise yourself, decide on things you want to concentrate on

What can you do

  • Eat slowly and without any distractions
  • Eat in small portion size
  • Avoid junk and refined food
  • Lookout for food allergies
  • Include more probiotics in your diet

  1. Cause 6 : Fad or Low Calories Diets For Weight Loss
  • Calories are not bad, your body needs calories to survive

What can you do

  • When you diet, your body goes in hyper drive, it stores fat because there isn’t enough nutrition
  • When you come back to your normal diet, you body then is not able to cope up
  • All fad diets do more harm than good
  • There are healthier ways to lose weight
  • Workout, stick to time restricted eating, avoid junk / refines food or too much alcohol
  • Include all food types in your diet (this is the key)
