  1. If desiccated coconut is not available, you can also grate dry coconut.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Firstly, dry roast ragi flour in a pan.
  2. Then dry roast the mixed seeds in another pan.
  3. Put all the ingredients (ragi flour, desiccated coconut, mixed seeds, and soft dates.) into a blender or mixer.
  4. Blend them well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl.
  6. Now divide the mixture into small portions and roll them evenly.
  7. Your ragi laddoos are ready!
