5-Min High-Protein Sattu Hummus

Use as a dip, spread, or salad dressing – ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
– 4 tbsp sattu flour
– 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
– 2 tbsp curd
– 4 garlic cloves
– Salt to taste
– 2–3 ice cubes
– 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
– 1–2 tsp olive oil (garnish)
– Pinch of paprika
– Toasted sesame seeds & mint (garnish)

Direction:
– Add 4 tbsp sattu + 2 tsp toasted sesame to a grinder
– Make a fine powder
– Add to mixer 2 tbsp curd + 4 garlic cloves + sattu-sesame powder
– Blend well
Add salt + 2–3 ice cubes
– Blend until smooth and creamy
Add fresh lemon juice
– Just pulse—don’t blend at high speed!
– (Blending lemon too much = bitterness)
Transfer to serving bowl
– Drizzle 1–2 tsp olive oil
– Sprinkle paprika + sesame + mint

– Enjoy with cucumber sticks or chips
– Or use as a healthy salad dressing!
