Directions

  • Dry roast phool makhana in the pan.
  • In a bowl, add curd, and whisk it a bit to avoid any lump formation.
  • Add roasted phool makhana to the pan and mix well.
  • Now it’s time to add fresh chopped veggies to the bowl.
  • Top it off with fresh coriander, moong sprouts, spices and seasonings, nuts, and seeds.
  • Mix everything well.
