Directions
- Dry roast phool makhana in the pan.
- In a bowl, add curd, and whisk it a bit to avoid any lump formation.
- Add roasted phool makhana to the pan and mix well.
- Now it’s time to add fresh chopped veggies to the bowl.
- Top it off with fresh coriander, moong sprouts, spices and seasonings, nuts, and seeds.
