    • These however do contain caffeine and hence can have some side effects
    • Adding tulsi to your green tea and black coffee can help reduce those side effects
    • Probiotics food are one of the best options to be included in the diet

  • An extract is a substance made by extracting part of a raw material, often by using a solvent such as ethanol or water. Extracts may be sold as tinctures, absolutes or in powder form
  • ECGC from tea and HCA or hydroxycitric acid from Garcinia Cambogia are such examples
  • Extracts are powerful but can also give you side effects
  • Extracts are also expensive and there’s always a question of purity with these extracts
