  1. In a blender jar, add all the ingredients including beetroot, plum, plant milk, and jaggery powder.
  2. Blend that well.
  3. For assembling, add a layer of NOLA granola/homemade granola to the bottom of a bowl.
  4. Now pour the smoothie into a bowl.
