INGREDIENTS (2 Servings — We use 1 for each jar):

Roasted Crunchy Base:
• 10–12 almonds
• 6 tbsp rolled oats
• 10–12 cashews
• Few pistachios (optional)
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 2 tbsp poha (flattened rice)
• Handful of raisins
• Handful of roasted peanuts (add after tadka)

Tadka (Flavor Boost):
• ¼ tsp ghee or cold-pressed coconut oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• Few curry leaves
• Salt, turmeric, paprika
• Peri peri mix, coriander & cumin powder

Curd Layer:
• 3 tbsp thick curd (hung or Greek-style)
• Salt, paprika, peri peri powder to taste

Garnish (Optional):
• Pomegranate seeds or 2 cherries
• Pinch of peri peri powder on top

HOW TO MAKE :

Roast oats, nuts, seeds, poha & raisins on low flame
Prepare a quick tadka with ghee, spices, mustard seeds & curry leaves
Toss the roasted mix into tadka, finish with roasted peanuts
Mix curd with spices for a tangy, creamy layer
Layer in a glass jar: oats mix → curd → repeat
Garnish & chill for a savory breakfast you’ll actually look forward to!
Make it at night, eat it fresh in the morning
