Zero or negative calorie food are generally high in fibre and water content and are hence highly beneficial for your overall health and fitness. Though in reality, there is nothing called negative or zero calorie food, there are food that use more energy to digest than they add to the body. These food cause negative caloric effect on the body meaning, that the calories burnt by chewing, digesting, absorbing nutrientsand eliminating the food is greater than those contained in the food itself.
