Ripe mango | 1/4 cup |
Honey | 1.5 tsp. |
Almonds | 5-6 |
Coconut | Handful |
Granola | Some |
Chilled water | 80-100 ml |
Ice cubes | As required |
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add almonds, and coconut.
- Blend well, Voila! Your homemade plant milk is ready!
- Don’t strain it, as the fiber will increase the nutritional content of the bowl.
- Add chopped peach, mangoes, and honey.
- Add some ice cubes and blend again.
- In a bowl, add granola at the bottom.
- Add blended mixture on top.
- Finish it off with some more granola and chopped peaches/mango.
