INGREDIENTS

Kala channa (raw)1.5 tbsp.
Black pepper4-5
Green cardamom2-3
Cloves2-3
WaterSome
Milk250 ml
Desi khand1 tsp.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Firstly, dry roast the chana in a pan.
  2. Now add the other three ingredients to the pan as well.
  3. Dry roast the cardamom, cloves, and black pepper too.
  4. Transfer the dry roasted mixture to the grinder.
  5. Make powder of it.
  6. In a pan with water, dd the grinded mixture and desi khand.
  7. Give it a mix.
  8. Keep it on flame, and gradually add the milk, and stir continuously.
  9. Once it comes to boil, turn the flame off.
  10. Transfer it to a cup by sieving.
  11. And your yummy “Caffeine Free Coffee” is ready to be enjoyed.
