  • 3 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 ½ tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rock sugar

Optional ingredients

  • Small piece of nutmeg
  • 7 – 8 cardamom seeds
  • 10 – 12 cloves

Fennel seeds

Sesame seeds

  • These are rick source of natural oils and minerals like calcium, iron, potassium etc
  • These are loaded with potent aminon acids

  • Add all the ingredients except ginger powder and rock sugar in a bowl
  • Add lemon juice gradually and mix well
  • Keep the mixture aside for min 1 hour to 4 hours
  • The seeds will soak up the lemon juice and become dry again
  • Grate the nutmeg
  • Roast the mixture on low to medium heat for 4 – 5 minutes
  • Once down, let it cool completely
  • Break down cloves to avoid big chunks
  • In a grinder, add the mixture with rock sugar
  • Don’t make powder, use pulse setting to coarsly grind
  • Add dry ginger powder and repeat
  • Store this mixture in a air tight container

Consume 1 tsp of this mixture post meal
