Small pear1
Curry leaves3 sprigs
Plum/ Amla1
Carrot1
Dates2
SaltPinch
Cold waterAs required.

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender jar, add some water.
  • Now add curry leaves into it.
  • Roughly chop carrot, and add that as well.
  • Add de-seeded dates to it.
  • Roughly chop the plum and pear, and add to the jar.
  • Now add more water as per required consistency.
  • Add some black salt to it.
  • Blend it well.
