DIRECTIONS

  1. Roughly crush all ingredients in a mortar and pestle.
  2. Add water to a pan & switch on the heat.
  3. Once water starts to boil, add all ingredients to it.
  4. Simmer & boil for 45 Sec to 1 minute.
  5. Add ashwagandha in the end ( don’t boil too much).
  6. Switch off the heat, cover the pan & let the mixture infuse for few minutes.
  7. Strain the tea & consume warm immediately.
  8. Drink it before the bed time.
