INGREDIENTS

1.Phool Makhana2 cups
2.Quick Oats1/2 cup
3.Almonds1/3 cup
4.100% Peanut Butter1/3 cup
5.Soft Dates1 cup
6.Desiccated Coconut1/4 cup

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, dry roast the Phool Makhana.
  2. In another pan, dry roast the quick oats.
  3. Then dry roast the almonds as well.
  4. Now in a grinder, add dry roasted Makhana, almonds, and quick oats, and blend well.
  5. Now add peanut butter and soft dates, and desiccated coconut and grind well.
  6. Transfer it to a bowl.
  7. Start making Laddoos from the prepared mixture.
